0001: Project-Native Architecture Is Authoritative

Status: Accepted for STAGE 0.3

Context

The origin project uses an explicit systems architecture. Independent studies used JavaScript scenes, two Unity MonoBehaviours, Godot Nodes/Resources, and Bones Sessions/worlds. Mapping them into the origin architecture would obscure their real ownership and lifecycle boundaries.

Decision

STAGE maps the project's canonical vocabulary and native runtime model before applying any reference profile. Reference architectures are optional question sets and examples, never target shapes or conformance requirements.

Consequences

  • A map may identify a Node, scene, Session, world, component, subsystem, or plain module as the relevant owner.
  • Agents must not create abstractions merely to make a project resemble a reference profile.
  • Engine branding alone is insufficient architecture evidence.
